Time-resolved pulsed exciton photoluminescence of pure crystals and films of 6H-SiC

摘要：
The time-resolved spectra of the exciton photoluminescence of pure samples of 6H-SiC at 90 K are presented. Obtained at different delay times, these spectra are measured from the maximum of the exciting pulse. The exciton bands do not damp identically in time, and some of them have a small shift in energy with delay time. Estimates which show that it is possible to observe such a shift are given.
