摘要：

The aim of this paper is to find out the impact of the risk adjusted capital requirements in Malaysia and Thailand banks. This paper will reveal the effectiveness of capital requirements from examine banks' lending behavior change in response to regulation, as well as the extent and form of regulation arbitrage.
