摘要
The paper addresses thermal desorption of volatile products from the surface of detonation nanodiamonds modified in the process of synthesis. Their possible doping is shown to have a slight effect on the behavior and temperature range of evolution of atomic oxygen, water, carbon monoxide and dioxide. The atomic oxygen spectrum has two peaks (at 250-300 and 550-650A degrees C), emission of water has three peaks (at 50-80, 220-260, and 550-600A degrees C), the evolution of CO has a single peak at 600-760A degrees C, and that of CO2 has two peaks (at 200-270 and 520-660A degrees C). Phosphorus-containing detonation nanodiamonds have been found to evolve phosphine over the entire temperature range of nanodiamond treatment.
