摘要
In the knowledge-based economy ages, it's of great importance to countries all over the world to participate international competition in a more cost-effective manner and to promote the national overall national strength by develop the new high-tech Private enterprise. And human resources as a decisive factor of development of knowledge economy and promotion of the high-new technological progress, which's exploitation and management play a determining role whether new high-tech Private enterprise could last. The rapid development of world science technology and new century knowledge economy will change the whole world without doubt. As a pet in the era of knowledge economy, the hi-tech Private enterprise not only has decisive influence to a state's strength and international status, but also affect the economical growth and the enhancement of people's living. The developed countries regard hi-tech Private enterprise as a support cornerstone which keeps the international competition superiority.
