摘要
Long-term monitoring data on the geomagnetic-field components H, D, and Z are presented. The behavior of 11-year, annual, and solar diurnal variations is analyzed. Anomalous effects in the behavior of the canonical coherence of the H, D, and Z components of solar diurnal variations preceding strong earthquakes are revealed with the use of multivariate analysis. Extrema of the 11-year variations in the vertical component of the Geomagnetic field are shown to coincide in time with seismic activation periods. The possible origin of the inferred anomalous effects is discussed.
