摘要：
This paper presents plane wave excitation for the optical leaky waveguide (OLWA) antenna by the arrayed slow taper. The proposed arrayed slow taper is composed of divided slow taper which is usually used for incident to the OLWA. The grating waveguide (GWG) is used to test the proposed structure. Our proposed arrayed slow taper enables to excite the GWG with half size of incident circuit as compared to conventional slow taper.
