Providing of fiber-optic transmission line reliability under condition of outward electro-magnetic influence

摘要
It has been shown that fiber-optic transmission line (FOTL) quality and reliability are mostly determined with the firmness of optic cable (oc) with metallic elements against outward electro-magnetic (EM) influence. The most important questions are quality control of projection and construction of FOTL linear-cable structure, and also realization of prophylactic work at FOTL exploitation stage. The questions of OC external covers characteristics control and condition control of FOTL linear-cable construction system of protection from lightning and EM influence are shown.
