摘要：
A new five coordinate copper(II) complex, [Tp*CuL]ClO4 (Tp* = Hydrotris(3,5-dimethylpyrazolyl)borate and L = 1-methylcarbaldimino-3,5-dimethylpyrazole) has been synthesised and characterized by IR, W-Vis, EPR spectroscopies and cyclic voltammetry. The three nitrogen atoms of Tp* and two nitrogen atoms of L are coordinating with copper making a distorted square pyramidal geometry around the metal centre.
