摘要
There is an argument that the Internet would affect the nature of relations between people. Certainly, the Internet, known by its forms (online media, social media, etc.) has a stronger influence on the process of interpersonal communication. Inevitably, the politicians could not miss this phenomenon, so that political communication adapted to the circumstances, using such means as new opportunities. Low cost, large area of information dispersion, high speed propagation and pressure from the opponent made the Internet to enter the arsenal of every politician necessarily communicative. Moreover, reached as far as personal blog or social network is not only a communicative accessory, but the main route of transmission of key policy messages.
