摘要
Business is the main element of working the market economy. Companies are the unique provider of the stability, important job creators and supporters of the regional development. Nowadays entrepreneurs face new problems, which they should understand like challenges. Therefore are formed a lot of new manners of managerial work and one of them is the learning organization. Organizations that know to use knowledge effectively have a competitive advantage compared with another. It is important to focus on the most important source of knowledge - employees. Without them the other parts of knowledge management lose their importance.
