Investigation to Establish Way of Management Large Projects in Production and Service Enterprises - Research Results

The paper constitutes a continuation of the paper named: "Investigation to establish way of management large projects in production and service enterprises - research methodology"' The purpose is to present results of a focused interview with the project team members working on large projects in manufacturing and service providing enterprises. The research has been conducted in project teams with more than 20 members. The research has been performed in selected enterprises engaged in large assembly and construction projects, construction projects, electrical installations and industrial insulations. The research conducted has provided current specific features characteristics of large projects performed by the companies, and facilitated determining of knowledge level and competence of project teams in project management.
