摘要：
There is always high income lurking in high risk in real estate industry. If risk probability is high, and income loss probability is low, a good investment can also achieve. Therefore, real estate venture capital evaluation should not only fully consider risk probability, but also predict the risk degree that risk will reach. Considering both of them, investment decisions are made. This paper explores risk identification of real estate investment, and constructs a model of investment risk measurement, based on researches at home and abroad.
