On Corporate Governance Model: An International Comparison, Trends and Models of Choice in China

With the rise of institutional investors and the rapid development of economic globalization, the different corporate governance is more and more of their inherent disadvantages, various corporate governances models with different efficiency compete and learn from each other advantages, gradually emerging international convergence and coordination of the development trend. Based on the international comparison of several traditional corporate governance models, the paper points out their strengths and weaknesses, and then discusses the trends of corporate governance from the global perspective, finally gives advice on the construction of China corporate governance model.
