摘要
The spread of the electron cloud generating solar type III bursts is discussed. It is shown that the maximum velocity of the electron distribution function, plateau, cannot exceed the velocity of free propagation u = x/t. It appeared that despite the plateau formation at the electron distribution function the asymptotic self-similar solution u(x,t) = 2x/t never occurred. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science B.V.
