The Impact and Enlightenment of Intellectual Property Transaction on Regional Economic Development

The economy development of human society is closely related with the development level of knowledge and technology. Based on the study on economy development in developed countries and different areas in China in recent years, and combing the criterions with empirical studies, this paper proposes that the intellectual property transaction is closely related with the technology innovation and economic development, and the progress and transaction of knowledge and technology is the internal variables for promoting economic development. It is concluded that intellectual property transaction has obvious promotion function for regional economic development.
