Anharmonic properties of soft modes in I-III-VI2 compounds

摘要
In this work we have measured the temperature dependence of the low-frequency Gamma(5) optical mode by Raman scattering in CuGaS2 and AgGaS2 in the range 10-300 K, and the temperature dependence of the TA[100] acoustic mode in AgGaSe2 by inelastic neutron scattering. From the results it is clear that all these phonons have a very small temperature coefficients as compared to the values obtained from the optical modes in other semiconductors.
