摘要
The aim of this paper is to analyze the interrelationship among the elements of water transportation system and to quantify the impact of each factor in safety and mobility. Firstly, the brittle source and brittle formation mechanism of water transportation system are identified and analyzed. Then, using the complex system brittleness theory to analyze the brittleness relationship between subsystems inside the complex navigation system. Finally, the brittle risk control measures of water transport system are proposed.
