A case of desquamating rash associated with methadone use

摘要：
We report a man attending a methadone program in south-east Sydney who presented with a distinctive rash complicated by lower-leg cellulitis. This case adds to the widespread reports of a similar rash in methadone users around Sydney The cause is under investigation by the New South Wales Department of Health.
