Analysis on intelligence-based innovation management paradigm

摘要
Intelligence-based innovation management paradigm is inevitable with the change from manufacturing management paradigm to human-based management paradigm. Intelligence capital management paradigm is the inheritance and development of human-based management paradigm, which is also the core of innovation management. Innovation management is to optimize collocation of the separate elements by effective resources integration, and to enhance the output, so as to obtain potential earning. Intelligence-based innovation management paradigm consists of categories as follows: innovation of management ideas, innovation of management skills, innovation of management methods, and innovation of enterprise culture. Innovation management is cooperative among the functional elements, while the nonlinear interaction among those elements is the fundamental motive of innovation management. All the elements promote and connect with each other. They cooperate and together, and form a closed-loop feedback control model for the innovation management paradigm to enterprises.
