摘要
In energy-harvesting circuits, the traditional rectifier circuits use the full-bridge diode rectifier, but the loss of efficiency is large. In order to improve the efficiency, this paper presents a Parallel-SSHI piezoelectric energy harvesting system in a 0.18um CMOS process. The implemented interface is based on the Parallel-SSHI technique and can harvest from periodic and shock excitations. The device is capable of cold startup and provides a stable output voltage for powering an application.
