摘要：
The process of finding a model for interpreting data is a task for collaborative work of a group of scientists. We propose an agent-based framework supporting the process of finding the model via sharing of the information in the form of data, documents, models etc. We describe in detail the ontology used by the system - this ontology describes mainly data sets and their model, but is able to describe any item exchanged between agents in the framework. We discuss the capabilities of agents together with possibilities of using reasoning or negotiation for relating items or for transforming between them.
