Effect of shifting orthorhombic-tetragonal phase transition on structure and properties of K0.5Na0.5NbO3-based lead free ceramics

摘要
KNN-based piezoceramics were prepared by three step sintering method. Phase structure, phase transition temperature and properties were investigated. Low temperature and high temperature XRD pattern results indicated that the temperature of orthorhombic phase change to tetragonal phase was about -20 degrees C, and the tetragonal phase change to cubic phase was about 300 degrees C.
