ELASTIC ANISOTROPY OF Zr-2.5%Nb ALLOY CANDU PRESSURE TUBE BY ULTRASONIC METHODS

摘要
In the present paper, the hydrogen influence on the acousto-elastic properties of Zr-2.5%Nb alloy will be investigated using non-destructive method, based on measurements of ultrasonic velocity. In order to obtain the most usual elastic coefficients on a given direction (axial, circumferential and radial) of the tube, both longitudinal V(L) and transversal V(T) phase velocities have been experimentally determined.
