摘要
A novel transparent metasurface antenna (metantenna) based on ITO material is proposed in this paper, which has good optical transmittance while realizing RF energy harvesting. This shows that it has the potential of Solar/RF hybrid energy harvesting. The proposed metantenna based on an aperture-coupled structure, of which the slotted ground and metasurface structure are etched with ITO (1 Omega/sq). A impedance bandwidth of 43.6% from 1.40 GHz to 2.18 GHz is obtained to cover 2G and 3G wireless communication bands. At the same time, an antenna array was designed to verify its ability to harvest RF energy.
