摘要：
Based on the new changes of space and patterns of our country's regional development and aiming at the strategic background of Central China's rising, this thesis analyses the present situation of Wuhan's science and technology development and the opportunities and challenges that Wuhan faces. It further puts forward the strategic policy emphasis for the science and technology development of Wuhan.
