Design and Implementation Application Salesforce Integrated Program in PT. XYZ

PT. XYZ is a company engaged in the automotive which has 7 (seven) branches in Indonesia. PT. XYZ realized that the role of IT is very important in running a business process. This makes the company pays special attention to the field of IT in supporting the company's vision and mission in order to run properly. At this time PT. XYZ was confused because many of the data owned by sales prospecting are missing or not recorded by the sales and yet inventoried, it makes PT. XYZ does not have accurate prospecting data. Therefore, the company develops and implements integrated systems salesforce application programs that aim to facilitate sales in the data set, thus simplifying sales prospects to contact or follow up prospective customers. Then the sales supervisor can also make it easier to control the performance of subordinates and branch heads to determine the calculation of the target vehicle to be sold. In this study, the purpose of the writer is to know the impact of the implementation of the Integrated Program Salesforce applications and the quality of the application. A test is conducted directly in PT. XYZ. The function is entitled the user (sales) PT. XYZ directly apply salesforce system to assess a program integrated in the form of a questionnaire by using User Acceptance Test (UAT). From the measurement, the results can be seen that the level achievement against salesforce application of integrated programs amounted to 77.8% with an acceptable colclusion.
