摘要
The quality of an activity is crucial for the long term surviving of most companies. Very many specialists believe that, in future, quality will still be the top priority of companies, with emphasis on elaborating a strongly based quality policy, prevention-oriented and promoting a continuous enhancing strategy. Inside this work paper, I have addressed several aspects that deal with the evolution and characteristics of the "Total Quality Management" concept, its role and importance within a company, and means to obtain quality.
