摘要
DepthAveraged Material Point Method (DAMPM), a new time-marching numerical scheme for a run-out analysis of soil flows is presented herein. The method is based upon the depth averaged equation of motion implemented in the Material Point Method (MPM). By virtue of MPM, the method describes a variety of features of soil flow such that large strain buildup is rationally described. The proposed method, DAMPM, is verified comparing the results from flume tests of dry and wet sand flows with the corresponding simulation results. The sensitivity analysis of parameters used in the DAMPM was conducted to evaluate the impact of changes in parameters to the simulation results.
