摘要
We have seen dramatic changes in our understanding, appreciation, and management of pediatric sleep disorders. The rate of progress will increase during the next decade as we translate research into clinical action. The first hope is to prevent sleep disorders using what we already know. In failing that, the prompt recognition and treatment is a must. That will require in most cases behavioral prescriptions and oftena large role for the clinical psychologist.
