摘要
It's complex process to build the corporate innovation competency. The organizational innovation incubation is inevitable at the theoretical level and practical level. In terms of the human resource and organizational context, P-O interactive model is built. Organizational context is, growth space, individual trait is original element, and precipitating event is inducement. Feasibility analysis, resource availability and the ability to overcome barriers should be evaluated from action to performance. Haier Group was taken for a case study to confirm the model validity.
