摘要
It is well known that oxymoronic CSR companies try to focus more on this kind of activities, providing many information in this regard. This was the motivation in developing this research paper, within we investigated, based on a sample, a number of listed companies from Romania and France. Furthermore, Romanian companies disclosed more information than the matched companies from France. The conclusion is that more information disclosed, more problems there are, so this is not linked with the involvment in corporate social responsibility actions and activities. Results shows that the the companies publish only the positive impact of their actions and activities, while the negative impact is forgotten to be disclosed.
