摘要：
Tumefactive demyelinating lesion (TDL) is a variant form of multiple sclerosis which is quite rare in clinical practice. Most of these patients have clinical manifestation and imaging simulate brain tumors. Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy (MRS) and surgical biopsy are usually performed to differentiate between two conditions.
