摘要
With the development of science and technology, the proportion of maintenance cost is more and more in production cost. Therefore, how to reduce effectively maintenance cost is the focus in the maintenance field. The condition based maintenance (CBM) can effectively reduce maintenance cost. It is one of preventive maintenance that predicts equipment (weapon system) original failure. In order to enhance research and application of intelligent CBM theory further more in the equipment field, firstly, the paper presents the several types of maintenance, definition, objectives and flow chart of CBM. Secondly, it analyses briefly intelligence CBM system. Finally, the development tendency of CBM -the wireless intelligence CBM is discussed in detail. it is an important tendency in the equipment maintenance.
