摘要：
This paper focuses on introducing a new paradigm for educational technology - m-learning - and discusses its impact on the teacher education processes. The concept of m-learning is being scrutinized for the purposes of identifying its origins, pedagogical fundaments and impact on the contemporary pedagogical theories. This paper contains information gained through the TALAS(1) research project.
