摘要
This article describes a framework of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Corporate social responsibility (CSR) continues to gain attention of the corporate agenda and is now an important component of the dialogue between companies and their stakeholders. A review of literature and different CSR approaches are a kind of guidance as to how companies can think about CSR activity in order to maximize returns to CSR investment.
