摘要
As business environment is more and more volatile, there are usually more than one factor disruptions in the supply chain system, which makes the extant research outdated. With consideration of both market demand scale and retailers purchase costs disruptions in supply chain disruption management, this article finds the manufacturers production cost is a convex of retailers deviate if demand is a linear function of the price. Based on the assumption of Stackelberg game leader, this article formulates a disruption strategy and coordination mechanism to optimize the supply chain profit.
