摘要
There are many possible ways of carrying out the calculations for the design and systems engineering control of cement grinding plants with ball mills and classifiers. This article uses an operational grinding plant to check the simulation model of a cement grinding system consisting of high-pressure grinding rolls, ball mill and classifier. With this model it is possible to determine all flow rates and particle size distributions in the grinding plant system, even for widely differing configurations and settings. One set of data (stable operating state) for the plant must be known as a reference point for the calculations. There are plans to check the applicability of the model to different grinding plants.
