Organizational human resources management can be regarded as a sub-system of the multi-input-multi-output feedback control system. This Article is purposed to analyze and describe organizational. human resources management, adopting the systematic thinking theories and system archetype tools proposed in the Fifth Discipline upon an organizational human resources management feedback control sub-system.
