摘要：
With the network technology, programming languages and other information technology's more and more in-depth and wide range of applications in the daily enterprise management. The implementation of enterprise sales management information system is also gradually developed. Sales management is a top priority of the real estate companies. We analyze the detail business functions and the data needs analysis. The detailed design was given to the various functional blocks of real estate enterprises, including functional structure design class diagram design, interface design, dynamic map design, and core processing workflow design. In this paper, the design and development of Xiamen Guangsha real estate enterprise sales management information system has simple operation, user-friendly, practicability, and provides a very good tool for enterprises to better management of real estate and customer.
