摘要
This paper presents some considerations on designing and simulating permanent magnet motors with AlNiCo magnets. The design parameters of the motor considered during the simulations, along with the equation describing the motion and equations describing the involved electric model are presented. Finite Element Method Magnetics (FEMM) was used to make a bidimensional magnetostatic simulation of the motor. A .dxf geometry was imported and the material properties were set. A Simulink program was conceived and used to simulate the inverter operation with resistive load in two switching cases (trapezoidal and sinusoidal). The waveforms corresponding to phase voltages and line voltages of the inverter, as yielded by simulation, are depicted and comments are made. Simulations concerned with the electric drive systems were also performed and considerations on the phase current waveforms, electromotive voltage and the Hall Effect sensors signals generated for sinusoidal commutation and trapezoidal commutation were made. The electromotive force waveforms in the dynamic state are also approached. Conclusions on the simulations results are drawn.
