摘要
Leachate of sanitary landfill is a kind of highly concentrated organic wastewater. Its quality and quantity are greatly influenced by types of waste, local environment and precipitation, and the capacity and age of the landfill([1]). There are quantity of organic pollutants, plant nutrients and heavy metals in it. All of these pollutants become the main source of secondary pollution to surface water, groundwater and soil. Therefore, whether a landfill is a real sanitary one, depends upon whether the leachate was collected and treated effectively. The landfill situated in Kanglifengjia, 8.9 km south from the center of downtown district in Fengcheng County, Jiangxi province. Its total capacity is 2.5 million m(3), and it can serve for 20 years. It covers 22.4 ha of land, and the gross construction cost is RMB35.9 million yuan.
