BLOGS IN PEDAGOGICAL PRACTICE: A REPORT OF AN ACTION RESEARCH IN HIGHER EDUCATION

摘要
Blogs, which used to be simple virtual journals, started to be used for multiple objectives. The educational blogs used by teachers and students have grown significantly for pedagogical purposes. This work aims to analyze the potential of the educational blog through an action research to help the learning of undergraduate students. Having as main theoretical assumptions Xavier, Marcuschi, Primo, among others, we were able to approach the issue about blogs and their role in the learning process. As the main results, we found out that students, after the experience with their blogs, master themselves with greater depth of the curricular contents, besides being stimulated to an autonomous learning behavior, as that they could write in their pages on subjects of their interest, linked to the curricular content.
