Classical intense-field stabilization analysis by a four-dimensional map approximation

摘要
For a four-dimensional map approximation in the classical theory of intense-field stabilization studied by Jensen and Sundaram, improved estimates of the stability boundary have been derived. The stabilization border for different parameter regimes has been obtained and some possible implications are discussed. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science B.V.
