摘要
Light Fidelity (LiFi) is a technology recently proposed that combines light and high-speed wireless communication using light-emitting diodes (LEDs). In this paper, we propose and analyze a max/min dominant resource allocation algorithm in the LiFi system, including both LTE block assignment and power allocation. The main objective is to allocate the resources to the users with a minimum quality-of-service (QoS). This paper presents the proposed algorithm's performance in terms of throughput and served users by distributing the available resource blocks and transmitting power among cell users. Moreover, the proposed dominant algorithm is compared with the proportional fairness algorithm. The comparative results showed that the max/min dominant resource allocation algorithm could maximize served users' numbers. In contrast, the proportional fairness algorithm can maximize the throughput or capacity of the system.
