Technologies and digital literacy: an experience with Zotero

摘要
New ways of reading and writing appear in the contemporary context for the production of knowledge. This article aims to analyze the forms of interaction between the students of the interdisciplinary degrees of the Federal University of Bahia with Zotero, which contributes to the digital literacy of these students. For this, a qualitative investigation was carried out using a questionnaire and the observation of the participants for the production of data. The research results indicate the difficulty of students to become literate in digital environments, especially those that require prior knowledge of standardization for academic works such as
