摘要：
The serious shortage of financial provisions in China's rural areas has made it difficult to meet the financial needs of the "three rural" areas, especially those in rural areas, which has led to the widespread use of rural private loans. Studying rural cooperative financial development issues has an important role in addressing the financial needs of disadvantaged farmers and regulating the access of rural people to loans.
