摘要
In the process of dynamic reactive power optimization, the fluctuating feature of loads should be within consideration. In reality, temporal variations of different loads do not follow the same curve. Moreover, reactive power compensation devices cannot be adjusted too frequently due to their lifetime constraints. Thus, in this paper, a dynamic reactive power optimization strategy based on segmentation of multiple load curves is proposed to address this issue, aiming to optimize network losses and adjustment times of devices at the same time. Two segmentation methods are introduced and their performance were compared using case studies based on a modified IEEE 34 bus system. The experimental results indicated that the proposed method has merits on both optimization results as well as computational efficiency.
