摘要
We review the optical direct detection subsystems based on the Stokes vector receiver (SV-R), which is fit for a variety of modulation formats in Stokes space. SV-R accommodates 2-dimension (2-D) or 3-D detection, greatly increasing the spectrum efficiency.
