摘要
In this paper, we substantiate the use of physical methods, resistive and acoustic emission, to estimate the state of bearing assemblies. Technical means and methods for monitoring the state of rolling bearings were developed. Regularities and criteria, by which it is possible to carry out incoming inspection of bearings and estimate the quality of their manufacture, were established. A correlation between the parameters of electrical conductivity and acoustic emission during the incoming inspection of rolling bearings was established. The resistive method is shown to be more sensitive than the acoustic emission method in diagnostics of rolling bearings by the lubricant state. It is noted that for bearings without defects and with defects, the temperature recorded under the experimental conditions practically did not change and was approximate to 20 degrees C. This indicates the ineffectiveness of using this parameter when carrying out incoming inspection of rolling bearings. Diagnostics of bearings on the developed stand using the described complex of physical methods allows one to exclude the use of low-quality or worn-out bearings and, therefore, to significantly reduce the number of equipment failures during operation and the associated costs.
