摘要
This paper derives a framework for plants suitable for industry 4.0 to improve interoperable communications between virtual and real components. The need to optimize the automation pyramid is scientifically derived and described. New terms are delineated in the designed framework. Resource efficiency is anchored as an optimization objective in the framework. Different methods are shown to illustrate and describe consumption profiles. The focus of modeling is therefore not purely on the energy consumption, but on the entire consumption of resources. The described concepts will be validated in industry-related research and development project.
